Welcome to Reiki Frequency. By accessing our website, booking our services, or engaging in any Reiki sessions, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our services, website, and any associated content. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Reiki Frequency offers energy healing services, including but not limited to:

  • Reiki sessions (in-person and distant healing)
  • Meditation and breathwork sessions
  • Home and business energy clearing
  • Reiki training, courses, and workshops

These services are intended for relaxation, stress relief, and energy balancing and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional healthcare.

2. Appointment Booking & Payment

  • All appointments must be booked in advance and require full payment at the time of scheduling unless otherwise stated.
  • A valid credit or debit card is required for booking.
  • Pricing is subject to change without notice; however, rates confirmed at the time of booking will be honored.
  • Any promotional offers, discounts, or packages must be used within their stated validity period.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged half the session fee.
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the session, and refunds will not be provided.
  • Reiki Frequency reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, with clients given the option to rebook or receive a refund.

4. Late Arrival Policy

  • If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate other clients.
  • If you are 15 minutes or more late, the session may be considered a no-show, and the full session fee will be charged.
  • Appointment reminder emails and texts are sent as a courtesy, but it is your responsibility to track your appointment time.

5.  Refunds

  • Refunds are only available for unused New Client sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • No refunds will be provided for completed sessions or services rendered.

6. Client Responsibilities & Disclaimer

  • Reiki Frequency services are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Clients should continue to seek care from licensed professionals for any medical or mental health conditions.
  • Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or provide medical treatments.
  • Reiki is a complementary practice that can be used alongside other healing modalities but does not replace professional healthcare.
  • Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions or concerns before their session.
  • There are no implied or guaranteed results from Reiki or energy healing sessions, as each individual’s experience varies.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • All client information, session details, and personal data are kept strictly confidential.
  • Reiki Frequency does not share, sell, or distribute client information to third parties.
  • By using our services, you consent to our Privacy Policy, which outlines data collection and protection measures.

8. Code of Conduct

  • Reiki Frequency practices traditional Reiki and adheres to the highest standards of professional ethics.
  • Requests for services outside the scope of professional Reiki practice will not be tolerated.
  • Any inappropriate behavior or violation of professional boundaries will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

9. Liability Waiver

  • By booking a session, you acknowledge that Reiki Frequency is not liable for any outcomes, interpretations, or perceived effects of energy work.
  • Reiki Frequency and its practitioners are not responsible for any physical, emotional, or psychological reactions resulting from a session.
  • You understand and agree that Reiki is a complementary practice, and you assume full responsibility for your health and well-being.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • Reiki Frequency reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be updated on our website with the “Last Updated” date.
  • Continued use of our services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
