Cancellation Policy: Honoring Time, Energy & Commitment
At Reiki Frequency, we greatly respect this sacred exchange of energy within every session. To maintain the integrity of our practice and honor the time reserved for you as well as our other clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules.
- Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice – Half the session fee will be charged, as this time was set aside specifically for your healing and could have served another client in need.
- No-Show Policy – If you miss your appointment without notice, the full session fee will be charged.
- Credit Card Requirement – A valid credit card is required at booking to secure your session. Any cancellation fees will be applied to the card on file.
Late Arrival Policy: Honoring Time, Energy & Sacred Appointments
At Reiki Frequency, every session is a sacred time reserved just for you—a space for healing, balance, and energetic renewal. To honor the time of both our practitioners and fellow clients, we uphold a strict late arrival policy to ensure the integrity of each session.
- Arriving Late (Less than 15 Minutes) – Your session may be shortened to accommodate those scheduled after you. The full session fee still applies, as your appointment time was held exclusively for you.
- Late Arrivals (15 Minutes or More) – Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the full session fee will be charged. At this point, your practitioner will determine if the remaining time is sufficient to begin the session.
- Respecting Time & Energy – Reiki healing works best when entered with calm presence and intention. Rushing in late disrupts the energetic flow, which is why we strongly encourage you to arrive on time and in a relaxed state.
Your Session, Your Responsibility:
Appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy, but it is your responsibility to track and honor your scheduled time. As independent practitioners working by appointment, late arrivals, cancellations, and no-shows often leave gaps that cannot be filled on short notice.

Pre-Paid Packages & Refund Policies
- Refunds are only available for unused New Client sessions that were canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
- There are no refunds for completed sessions, as the time, energy, and intention of the practitioner have already been dedicated to your session.
Reiki as an Energy Healing Modality
Reiki is a natural method of energy balancing, primarily used for stress reduction, relaxation, and energetic alignment. While Reiki can involve “laying on of hands,” it is equally effective as a non-touch practice, allowing energy to flow wherever healing is needed.
Reiki & Medical Treatment: Complementary, Not a Substitute
- Reiki is not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment but serves as a powerful complement to all healing modalities.
- Our Reiki Practitioners do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or interfere with medical treatments in any way.
- Reiki is designed to work alongside medical, natural, and alternative therapies to enhance overall well-being.
- All clients are strongly encouraged to consult with their licensed physician or healthcare professional on any physical or psychological concerns.
Client Acknowledgment & Disclaimer
- All clients are required to read and acknowledge this disclaimer before their first session.
- Reiki is an individual experience, and while many clients feel profound benefits, there are no implied or guaranteed results.
- Reiki Frequency practices traditional Reiki—requests for any services outside of professional Reiki methodology will not be tolerated.
